A student dormitory complex adjacent to Keio University's Shonan Fujisawa Campus (SFC).
Inheriting the campus concept of SFC, the new residential zone of the campus is formed by a cluster of medium- to low-rise buildings. External spaces such as the plaza and green promenade are created in accordance to the undulations of existing terrains, interlacing the main campus and the new complex to be continuous.
Various shared spaces such as lounges and learning commons in each dormitory building, as well as cafeteria and multipurpose room in the common building stimulate communication between residents.
