In 2018, Maki and Associates was commissioned to undergo an extensive asset enhancement works for the Singapore Land flagship building. Located within the heart of Singapore’s Financial Business District at 50 Raffles Place, the 48-storey Singapore Land Tower at 190m begun construction since end-January 2021.

Equipped with the ethos to design for people, Singapore Land Tower integrates social sustainability through lush landscaping, meticulously weaving public spaces from the podium to the apex crown. Echoing Singapore’s historical black and white bungalows, the external façade is reclad with low emissivity double-glazed curtain wall system.
