Isar Büro Park

Isar Buro Park is a group of tenant office buildings planned in a high-tech office park outside of Munich. The Isar River runs near the site, a typical West German countryside landscape. Strategic grouping of office blocks provides a variety of outdoor spaces and corresponds to the need for a flexible program and scale. Buildings, outdoor spaces, and new landscape elements are combined to create new scenery in coexistence with the surrounding countryside.
